摘要:
结直肠癌病程中常合并的营养不良及慢性炎症状态严重影响着患者预后及生存质量,而营养筛查和炎症评估作为重要辅助手段,在结直肠癌的治疗过程中占据重要的地位。目前这些工具在结直肠癌领域的标准化临床应用尚未形成共识。本文总结了结直肠癌围手术期营养筛查与炎症评估的主要方法及其临床应用情况,介绍各种工具的临床价值,为今后制定更个体化、精准化营养筛查和炎症评估标准提供参考。

Abstract:
Malnutrition
and chronic inflammation, often seen in colorectal cancer patients, greatly
affect prognosis and quality of life. Nutritional and inflammatory assessments
are crucial tools in managing colorectal cancer clinically. However, there is
no consensus on their standardized use in this context. This article reviews
key methods for nutritional and inflammatory evaluation during the
perioperative phase of colorectal cancer treatment, discusses their current
clinical uses, and emphasizes their clinical importance. It aims to guide the development
of more personalized and precise criteria for future evaluations.
