摘要：

肝细胞癌是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率与死亡率居高不下，严重影响群众健康。能量消融术作为肝细胞癌的一种有效治疗方式，相较于传统外科手术，具有微创、精准、可重复等优势，因此在临床实践中受到广泛关注。本文从基本原理、临床应用、疗效评价、联合治疗及研究前景等方面对肝细胞癌的能量消融治疗进行述评。

Abstract：

Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in clinic, with high morbidity and mortality, affecting the public health seriously. As an effective treatment method for hepatocellular carcinoma, energy-based ablation technique has some advantages including minimally invasive, accurate and reproducible, compared with traditional surgery. Therefore, it has attracted wide attention in clinic. This article reviews the energy-based ablation therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma from the aspects of basic principle, clinical application, efficacy evaluation, combination therapy and research prospect.
