摘要：

总结1例回肠造口术后粪水性皮炎并皮肤黏膜分离患者的护理经验。护理要点 通过对1例回肠造口黏膜分离伴粪水性皮炎患者的护理，应用两件式凸面底盘及肠造口产品附件有效收集粪水，避免了污染伤口，使伤口顺利愈合，保护皮肤，减轻患者疼痛，并纠正了造口黏膜分离的情况，有效的健康宣教，取得满意的护理效果。及时有效的护理可预防并治疗造口周围皮肤粪水性皮炎，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract：

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with fecal aqueous dermatitis and skin and mucosal separation after ileostomy surgery. Nursing points：through the care of a patient with ileostomy mucosal separation with fecal aqueous dermatitis，the two-piece deep convex chassis and enterostomy product accessories were used to effectively collect fecal water，avoid contamination of the wound，make the wound heal smoothly，protect the skin，reduce the patient's pain，and correct the situation of ostomy mucosal separation，effective health education，and achieve satisfactory nursing effects. Timely and effective care can prevent and treat fecal aqueous dermatitis of the skin around the stoma and improve the quality of life of patients.
