摘要：

胃印戒细胞癌是胃癌中较为特殊的一种类型，侵袭性强，预后较差，且对常规化疗不敏感。本文报道1例青年男性患者，以胃印戒细胞癌腹膜转移伴有大量腹水就诊，经过多疗程化疗后病情仍然进展，形成罕见的“冰冻腹”。经过营养支持、镇痛、化疗联合靶向治疗后，病情有所好转。综合治疗模式有利于提高晚期胃印戒细胞癌的疗效，延长患者生存期，改善生活质量。

Abstract：

Gastric signet ring cell carcinoma is a special type of gastric cancer ，with aggressive behavior，poor prognosis and refractory to regular chemotherapy. In this article ，we documented a case of young male patient who was admitted because of gastric cancer with peritoneal metastases and massive ascites. Though underwent systematic chemotherapy ，the tumor progressed and led to a rare complication called “Frozen abdomen”. After a series of treatments including nutritional support，analgesic therapy，chemotherapeutic and targeted agents，the disease got partially relieved. In conclusion，comprehensive treatments may help to enhance the curative effect on advanced gastric signet ring cell carcinoma ，prolong the overall survival time of patients and improve their quality of life.
