摘要：

肿瘤细胞减灭术联合腹腔热灌注化疗已经成为许多中心用于治疗腹膜假性黏液瘤、恶性腹膜间皮瘤的标准方法。该方法还应用于一些特定疾病的腹膜转移,如结直肠癌、卵巢癌、胃癌,并在经过挑选的患者中取得了显著疗效。腹膜是腹腔肉瘤转移的好发部位。目前腹膜肉瘤种植转移的手术治疗方式主要是肿瘤细胞减灭术,而术后辅助化疗尚无标准方案。一些中心将肿瘤细胞减灭术联合腹腔热灌注化疗应用于腹膜肉瘤种植转移治疗并取得一定成效。本文对肿瘤细胞减灭术联合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗腹膜肉瘤种植转移的作用进行综述。

Abstract：

Cytoreductive surgery with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (CRS/HIPEC) has been adopted by many centers as the standard treatment for patients with pseudomyxoma peritonei and malignant peritoneal mesothelioma. CRS/HIPEC has also shown significant benefits in selected cases of colorectal, ovary and gastric carcinomatosis. Peritoneum is the predilection site of metastasis abdominal sarcoma. Main surgical treatment for peritoneal sarcomatosis is cytoreductive surgery, yet without standardized adjuvant chemotherapy. Some centers also applied this approach to selected patients with peritoneal sarcomatosis and made certain achievements. We summarize studies to discuss the role of cytoreductive surgery with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in treating patients with peritoneal sarcomatosis.
