摘要:
唾液酸结合免疫球蛋白样凝集素15(Siglec-15)是在巨噬细胞上表达的免疫抑制因子,在肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)介导的T 细胞免疫中发挥重要作用。Siglec-15 具有特殊的生物学特征,具有诱导肿瘤免疫逃逸的作用,并可调节肿瘤微环境(TME)免疫以及重置或重编码TME 中抗肿瘤免疫等方面的作用。本文就Siglec-15 影响恶性肿瘤免疫的研究进展综述如下。

Abstract:
Sialic acid-binding
immunoglobulin-like lectin 15 (Siglec-15) is an immunosuppressive factor expressed on macrophages and plays
an important role in T-cell immunity mediated by tumor associated macrophage (TAM). Siglec-15 has special biological
characteristics, has the effect of inducing tumor immune escape, and can
regulate the role of anti-tumor immunity in tumor microenvironment (TME). In this paper, the research progress
of Siglec-15 affecting malignant tumor immunity is summarized as follows.
