摘要:
光动力疗法具有抗癌治疗潜能的替代治疗方法 ,因其毒性及不良反应小、创伤小、疗效确切、无耐药性,可与多种疗法联合应用等特性,已成为治疗多种癌症的重要方法。原发性肝癌目前主要治疗手段为手术治疗或肝移植,但疗效不令人满意。光动力疗法在肝细胞癌治疗中的效果,及作用机制如何,本文将对此展开阐述。

Abstract:
Photodynamic therapy has the potential of an alternative treatment
method for anti-cancer treatment. It can be combined with a variety of
therapies and other characteristics because of its low toxicity and adverse
reactions, small trauma, definite curative effect, non-drug resistance. So it
is an important treatment for a variety of cancers. At present, the main
treatments of primary hepatic carcinoma are surgical treatment or liver
transplantation, but the effect is not satisfactory. The effect of photodynamic
therapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and the mechanism of
action will be explained in this article.
