摘要:
结直肠癌作为全球三大常见恶性肿瘤之一,每年约有数百万例新病例产生。在生物免疫治疗的迅速发展下,免疫疗法为结直肠癌的治疗带来新的方案。肿瘤疫苗通过放大抗肿瘤免疫应答,激活患者体内特异性抗肿瘤反应,从而对肿瘤进行预防或治疗。本文就结直肠癌肿瘤疫苗的研制基础、临床研究进展以及疫苗开发遇到的挑战进行综述。

Abstract:
Colorectal cancer is one of the three most common malignant tumors
worldwide, with millions of new cases predicted each year. With the rapid
development of biological immunotherapy, immunotherapy has brought new solutions
to the treatment of colorectal cancer. Tumor vaccines can prevent or treat
tumors by amplifying anti-tumor immune responses and activating specific
anti-tumor responses in patients. Here, we conduct a comprehensive review
concerning the advance of vaccine for colorectal cancer in preclinical and
clinical research.
