摘要:
目的 检测长链非编码RNA-uc003 ykw.1
(lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达并探究其对预后的影响。方法 实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测74对肝细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1的表达,将病例分为高表达和低表达组,分析其与临床指标的关系,Kaplan-Meier曲线分析其预后,COX比例风险模型进行预后的单因素分析和多因素分析。结果
肝细胞癌中lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1表达量显著小于癌旁组织(P<0.05),lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1的表达与肿瘤最大直径、早期复发相关(P<0.05),单因素和多因素分析均表明lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1低表达是肝细胞癌患者预后不佳的独立预后因素。结论 lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1有望成为预测肝细胞癌预后的重要指标。

Abstract:
Objective
To test the expression of long non-coding RNA uc003 ykw.1 (lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1) in
hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)and investigate its influence on prognosis.
Methods Quantitive realtime PCR (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression
of lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1 in 74 pairs of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and
adjacent tissues, which were divided into high expression group and low expression
group. The relationship between lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1 and clinical characteristics
was analyzed. Kaplan-Meier curve was performed to predict clinical prognosis. The
univariete and multivariate analysis were carried out by COX hazard model. Results
The expression of lncRNA-uc003 ykw.1 in
hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that of the
adjacent tissues (P<0.05), and it was related with maximum diameter
and early recurrence (P<0.05), COX hazard model showed
that the low expression of lncRNAuc003 ykw.1 was an independent poor prognostic
factor for HCC patients. Conclusion lncRNA-uc003
ykw.1 is expected to be an important marker to predict the prognosis of HCC.
