摘要：

多原发癌指一个宿主相同或不同的器官、组织同时或异时发生两个或两个以上的原发性癌。1889年外科之父Billoroth首次提出后,这类病例逐渐受到人们的重视。本个案就我院收入的一例同时和异时相继发生五处原发性癌的患者进行讨论。

Abstract：

Multiple primary cancer refers to two or more primary cancers occurring simultaneously or at different times in the same or different organs and tissues of a host. Such cases came to prominence in 1889 when Billoroth, the father of surgery, first presented them. In this case, we discussed a patient in our hospital who have five primary cancers.
