摘要：

目的  研究快速康复护理对早期上消化道肿瘤手术效果及并发症的影响。方法  利用随机数字表法将我院2017年6月～2018年12月收治的120例行手术治疗的早期上消化道肿瘤患者分为实施常规护理的对照组以及实施快速康复护理的观察组各60例,对两组手术效果及并发症的影响效果进行对比。结果  观察组手术时间、排气时间、排便时间、离床活动时间、住院时间均较对照组显著缩短,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预前两组抑郁评分、焦虑评分、生活质量评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理干预后观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论  给予早期上消化道肿瘤患者快速康复护理有助于进一步提高其手术效果,降低并发症发生率,改善负性心理状态及预后,值得在今后临床护理工作中推广使用。

Abstract：

Objective  To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the operation and complications of early upper gastrointestinal cancer. Methods  A total of 120 patients with early upper gastrointestinal cancer who underwent surgical treatment from June 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group for routine nursing and the observation group for rapid rehabilitation care. For example, the effects of surgery and complications were compared. Results  The operation time, exhaust time, defecation time, bedtime activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group. The total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in depression score, anxiety score and quality of life score between the two groups (P>0.05). The anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion  Rapid rehabilitation of patients with early upper gastrointestinal cancer can help to improve the surgical results, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the negative psychological state and prognosis, and it is worthy of popularization in clinical nursing work in the future.
