摘要：

目的  分析早期心理干预对晚期肿瘤患者的心理及生活状态的具体影响,以此设计符合晚期肿瘤患者需求的护理方案。方法  随机选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的156例晚期肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照护理方案,将他们分为干预组和对照组。干预组在接受日常护理的基础上开展早期心理护理。对照组仅接受日常的护理。比较两组患者的心理状态、药物依从性以及生活质量。结果  干预组患者在抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组(p<0.05)。干预组在生活质量上要高于对照组,干预组晚期肿瘤患者的精神状态、饮食习惯以及睡眠质量等都要优于对照组。两组患者年龄、性别、病程等具有差异性。结论  早期心理干预有助于提升晚期肿瘤患者的生存质量,缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等情绪,便于晚期肿瘤疾病的治疗。

Abstract：

Objective  To analyze the effect of early psychological intervention on the psychology and life status of patients with advanced tumors, and design a nursing plan to meet the needs of patients with advanced tumors. Method  From January 2016 to January 2017, 156 patients with advanced tumors were randomly selected as the subjects of the study. According to the treatment, they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group receive early psychological care besides daily care. The control group received only daily routine care. Comparison of the mental state, drug compliance and quality of life of the two group patients. Result  Patients in the intervention group scored lower than the control group in both the Depression Self-Assessment Scale and the Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale (p<0.05). Compared with control group, the quality of life was better in the intervention group. Apart from that, the mental state, dietary habits and sleep quality of patients with advanced tumors in the intervention group were better than the control group. There are no differences in age, sex and course of the two group of patients. Conclusion  Early psychological intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with advanced tumors, relieve anxiety, depression and other emotions, and facilitate the treatment of advanced tumor diseases.
