摘要：

目的  探讨在肝癌的介入术前实施综合护理干预的临床效果和护理体会。方法  选取2015年8月2016年12月间在两院接受介入治疗的中、晚期肝癌的48例患者,实施介入治疗的患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上实施术前综合护理干预,对两组患者的护理满意度、总住院时间及术后并发症发生情况进行比较。结果  通过对观察组实施介入术前综合护理干预,观察组的住院时间及并发症发生率与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05),其护理满意度与对照组相比有显著优势,差异明显有统计学意义。结论  实施介入术前护理干预的目的在于使中、晚期肝癌患者在生理、心理、社会适应性上达到最佳状态,使其对治疗充满信心,利于接受和完成治疗过程。本研究提示在介入术前对上述患者实施护理干预,可有效改善患者的负面情绪,减少并发症发生率,加快康复,值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract：

Objective  To explore the clinical effect and nursing experience of comprehensive nursing intervention before the interventional treatment for liver cancer. Methods  From August 2015 to December 2016, 48 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma received interventional therapy in our hospital and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with routine nursing and preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention applied in each group, respectively. The average length of stay in hospital, satisfactory score and incidence of any complication were compared between both groups. Results  All patients received all nursing interventions. The average hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusions  The implementation of nursing intervention for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma prior to interventional therapy, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, help to promote recovery and shorten the hospitalization time, and increase the nursing service satisfaction.
