摘要:
目的 探讨品管圈在胃肠外科快速康复病人护理质量持续改进中的作用。方法 成立品管圈,对病区快速康复护理质量进行持续改进,统计改进措施实施前后的护理质量,以患者饮食情况知晓率、饮食执行正确率、活动情况知晓率、活动情况执行正确率、管道固定合格率、疼痛评分知晓率为评价指标,采用χ2检验进行比较。结果 在改进措施实施后所有评估项目都得到显著改善(P<0.05),其中患者饮食知晓率、活动情况知晓率、管道固定合格率、疼痛评分知晓率在改善后均提高到100%。结论 品管圈可持续提高我区外科快速康复病人护理质量。

Abstract:
Objective
To explore the role of Quality Control Circle in the continuous
improvement of nursing quality in patients undergoing Fast-track Surgery of
gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Setting
up the Quality Control Circle, in order to improve the nursing quality of
patients undergoing Fast-track Surgery continuously. After the introduction of
improved measures, compares the awareness rate of dietary, the correct execution
rate of diet, the awareness rate of activity, the correct execution rate of
activity, the accuracy of pipe fixation and the awareness rate of pain score,
by Chi-square test. Results After
the introduction of improved measures, all evaluation indicators significantly
improved (P<0.05), with the awareness rate of dietary, the
awareness rate of activity, the accuracy of pipe fixation and the awareness
rate of pain score raised to 100%. Conclusions Quality Control Circle for patients
undergoing Fast-track Surgery of gastrointestinal surgery can continuously
improve the nursing quality.
