摘要：

肠道菌群与宿主的多种生命活动及疾病相关,其代谢产物氧化三甲(trimethylamine-Noxide, TMAO)与结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)的发生具有相关性。本文主要介绍了TMAO与结直肠癌的相关性研究,并集中评述了它在结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值。

Abstract：

Gut microbiota is associated with the life activities and diseases in the host. Trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO), produced by gut microbiota is related to the colorectal cancer (CRC). This article focuses on the studies of the relationship between TMAO and colorectal cancer, reviews the progress of them for the diagnostic value of colorectal cancer.
