摘要:
细胞代谢重塑是肿瘤发生发展过程中的显著特点,其通过多种途径调控癌细胞的生长、增殖及转移等生物学行为,并改变肿瘤微环境,影响肿瘤进展。其中脂质代谢是研究肿瘤代谢重塑的重要领域。其中脂肪酸提供细胞所需的能量、生物膜成分及信号传导分子,对肿瘤转移发挥了重要作用。淋巴结转移作为早期胃癌最显著的特征,对胃癌患者预后和治疗影响深远。本文将对脂肪酸代谢与肿瘤转移、免疫微环境等领域的研究进展进行综述并对脂肪酸代谢的改变影响胃癌的淋巴结转移的可能机制进行分析。

Abstract:
Reprogramming of cell metabolism is a significant feature in the
process of tumorigenesis,which regulates
the proliferation,metastasis and cell death of cancer
cells and modulates the tumor microenvironment to influence tumor progression.
Lipid metabolism is important in cell metabolic reprogramming which plays an
important role in energy supplement,biological membrane
stability and signal transduction. Lymph node metastasis is the most
significant feature of early gastric cancer ,which
prominently affects the prognosis and treatment decision of gastric cancer
patients. Here,we summarized the recent studies of
lipid metabolism in tumor and immune microenvironment and supposed the possible
mechanism underlying lipid metabolism in lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
