摘要：

新辅助治疗包括新辅助放化疗和新辅助免疫治疗，其在直肠癌的治疗中发挥着越来越大的作用。研究发现炎症在肿瘤的发生和发展中起到了重要的作用，外周血相关指标如外周的血细胞和衍生出的炎性标志物可以用于肿瘤的辅助诊断及预后的评价。现就外周血相关指标对直肠癌患者新辅助治疗的临床应用价值进行综述，从而发现可以预测直肠癌新辅助治疗结局的预测因素。

Abstract：

Neoadjuvant therapy, including neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and neoadjuvant immunotherapy, is playing an increasing role in the treatment of rectal cancer. Studies have found that inflammation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. Peripheral blood related indicators such as peripheral blood cells and derived inflammatory markers can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of tumors and evaluation of prognosis. This article reviews the clinical application value of peripheral bloodrelated indicators in neoadjuvant therapy for rectal cancer patients, so as to discover the predictive factors that can predict the outcome of neoadjuvant therapy for rectal cancer.
