摘要：

目的  探讨口服营养补充(ONS)在减少胃癌根治术后患者化疗不良反应的作用。方法  将我科在2017年1月1日至2018年1月1日期间收治的60例胃癌根治术后行辅助化疗的患者按1:1随机分为试验组和对照组。两组均在进行胃癌根治术后第7天,给予常规的健康教育、饮食指导和治疗的基础,实验组在此基础上增加口服营养补充。比较两组患者第4次、第8次化疗后的营养状态(PGSGA评分)和化疗胃肠道不良反应发生率。结果  在第4次化疗和第8次化疗,试验组PG-SGA评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组胃肠道不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论  ONS可以改善胃癌术后行辅助化疗患者的营养状态,降低化疗的胃肠道不良反应。

Abstract：

Objective  To investigate the effects of oral nutritional supplementation (ONS) on reducing adverse reactions of chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy. Methods  60 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 1, 2017 to January 1, 2018, and received adjuvant chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into experimental and control group according to 1:1 ratio. On the 7th day after radical gastrectomy, the two groups were given the basis of routine health education, dietary guidance and treatment. Besides, the experimental group was given oral nutrition supplement. The nutritional status and the incidence of adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tract after the fourth and eighth chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results  After the fourth and eighth chemotherapy, the PG-SGA score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion  ONS can reduce the adverse reaction of gastrointestinal tract and improve the nutritional status of patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy after gastric cancer surgery.
